I had a tripple bacon combo meal, the burger was good, the fries was not, They tasted old and definitely not crispy like they... advertise. The worst part of the experience was the guy on the drive through window. He was rude, disinterested and dismissive.I would definitely go back to Wendy's for a burger but not to the Redmond drive through. Read more

I live very close to this Wendy?s so I go often however each time I go the service gets worse. The attitude from the ladies at... the window is completely unacceptable, I have went out of my way to be extremely nice and is still met with aggression and I?mhonestly sick of it. Today the lady refused to reach a little bit to hand me my card or my food in the driveway and beforedriving off she mumbled a cuss word under her breath and I have no idea why. Horrible experience and shoddy customer service. Turns out they close service at 830 pm. I placed a pick up order for 9 pm... (since it says so that they are open till midnight) and had to go to drive through since every other door was closed. When Iwent there, the staff was saying straight to my face that they would not encourage pick up since I came by foot (I livednearby). If so, they either should not allow online orders beyond a point or they should have cancelled the order rather thancondescendingly saying yeah you know what it is not on us as if I should have known better. Made us feel really awkward. Wouldhave given 0 stars if I could and surprised that they are still running. Read more
I like the look of the place especially the tables near the window with the street view. The food was'nt exceptional but it made... our stomach full. I would like to commend their strawberry watermelon iced tea it tastes good. Read more
