I placed order through app for burrito bowl and soft taco (on 07/12/22) and ?swapped beef for potatoes? (I have done it through... app earlier). But received order with ?Beef and Potatoes?. Nothing looked fresh in burrito bowl too and tasted horrible. TacoBell person who talked to me over phone was rude, argued on how to order via app and disconnected abruptly. Serving beef to avegetarian is not acceptable at all. Tacobell does not respond to emails/ twitter. Read more
I understand that electronic kiosks are becoming more commonplace in fast food places for ordering, but with only one being... operational maybe having someone place orders at the counter would be helpful. Also, every table in the joint is filthy withcrumbs or sauce left from previous customers. At least the food came out fast.... Read more
I've always gone here in the past it was a great place to go ???? But they must have new management because the first time I... went there they had patrons inside at 10am I thought it was a coincidence that when they saw me coming they was quick to lockthe door and rushing to lock the other door. I went back just earlier this week and back to get something to eat and it tookover 20 minutes and before even if they were busy they were always nice to us . And made sure you were important too. But Istepped inside the other day and the manager was arguing with someone on the phone. So that being said I mentioned how muchlonger. And this Rude management says there's other people in front of me and I said they came in after me and she said No thepeople on the phone and she said if you want your money back or what so I said yes I want my money back but the nice guy in backmade my order so I thank him for getting my order. Oh while I was waiting they blocked the door I came in because when that rudemanagement can't keep up So she locks the door so she can catch up js They are in need of a new manager That's not a good wayto run a business it's really not I just hope they get things together over there. We ordered Chicken quesadilla and it tasted okay. This place has lot of seating options to dine-in and also has a drive through.... They were not serving Mexico Pizza, so please checkout before going there. Read more

Definitely not coming to this location again. I'm good with spending money until I feel like I'm getting ripped off. We ordered... 2 crunchwrap supremes from here + 6 tacos. The tacos were awesome but the crunchwraps were a joke, there was barely anythinginside of them and I'm pretty sure they have us the bean version and not beef, when the person even confirmed we just orderedthe regular crunchwraps. (Pics attached are from 2 bad visits, both times the crunch wraps were not at all up to standard) Aweek later we made the mistake of coming back, and they had a whole list of stuff they were out of, which is nice that they areletting people know, but how can you charge your normal prices when you are out of like - 7 or 8 ingredients/items? The lady atthe window was so extremely rude. She doesn't wear a name tag or give her name, likely because she is rude to everyone. I wastrying to have a calm and reasonable conversation with her but she kept getting worked up and rambling and arguing with me itwas like talking to a child. Pretty mediocre, this is what I come to expect from Taco Bell though. In summary, if you want something quick, cheap during the... day to tide you over for lunch, you can probably make a meal out of less than $6 Taco Bell still has that. Ordered online, fooddoesn't get made until you get to the drive-thru, that worked perfect for me. Think I waited about 5 minutes for my order intotal so pretty fast 14 dollars after tax for an order that should probably feed 2 people. Overall value 6/10 it's cheap, Ididn't want to cook, and I had to go out to stop at the store anyway, it wasn't really "tasty" or memorable. Hashbrown 10/10definitely hard to mess these up, soft inside and crunch on the outside, good job. Burrito 3/10 edible, not bad tasting, thin,mostly tortilla and left on the grill a little too long. Breakfast Crunchwrap 5/10 pretty bland.. I added extra cheese and sourcream, the ingredients weren't well mixed and it was packed to one side. Not bad tasting, but nothing special. non breakfast -Chicken quesadilla 7/10 - Tastes good, hard to mess these up as well, good cheesy mess with bits of chicken, I added tomatos andsour cream, making for a good combo there, it stores and reheats well for later. These guys used to be nice. Went there many times late in the night and people at the take out window were always nice to me.... But today the guy at take out had absolutely no patience to listen to my order. I just asked for a sauce and I could literallyhear the guy being irritated to add that to my order. I'm paying for the food! Not getting anything for free. It's just a drivethrough, there weren't even that many cars. Be nice to people. It doesn't take much effort! Read more
