How do you expect to grow your clientele if you don?t take coupons? Is my logic off on this? I got coupons in the mail and I was... ready to use them. My house is located between this location and the one in Woodinville near the Safeway. That location doesn?ttake coupons, but I figured that this one would, as Redmond is a bigger city. I was wrong. This one doesn?t take them either.I?m finally done with Subway. It?s crazy to spend $11 per sub and not be able to have a coupon honored. Read more

I placed an online order for five subs. I set it for a later pickup time. I arrived a couple of minutes after the pickup time... and he had only two subs made. I waited another 15 min for him to make the other three. Bad enough right? Wrong. I got homeand two of the orders were wrong. Read more

Stood in line 20+ minutes w/ only 3 people ahead of me. Everyone had to order something different than they actually wanted due... to multiple missing ingredients. They only had shredded cheese, they didn't have tuna, they didn't have some breads. All theingredient tubs were almost empty. Giving one star thanks to a specific worker - David (closed on Tuesday 4/3). My boyfriend asked him politely how his day was... going and he snapped 'well, closing in 5 so what do you want' at 9:25 when the hours clearly state 10 is closing. He did noteven attempt to give any explanation of an hour change, and made intentionally mediocre sandwhiches while acting grumpy thewhole time. I have worked in customer service for years and I know people can be frustrating but this is unacceptable.Apparently other workers there have been rude as well, and we have often been told they're closed and can't help us before theyare actually supposed to close. I will be coming in to talk to the manager ASAP. Read more

Two back to back bad experience with the guy who works during late evenings. Week of Jan 22nd. 1. When we asked him to change... the gloves for veg sandwich, he argues saying the previous sandwich he made was Tuna and he doesn?t have to change glove. Ittook time to convince him to change gloves. 2. We ordered 3 different sandwiches and when I asked him to keep them in differentbags for ease of identification, he got irritated and declined to serve me and trashed the sandwiches he made for us....weirdguy. I will keep going to subway and to this store itself, but will not buy if the same guy is in shift. I hope the franchiseowner is keeping track of his staff. Read more

This is the first time I walked in to this Subway because I got some coupons. I decided to use the coupon which says "upgrade to... a foot long when purchase any 6" sub". One guy works there said it is basically a foot long sub for the price of 6". But by thetime I paid for the sub, another guy tried to charge me one dollar more than the 6" price. I asked him why, he said he hadapplied the coupon. I asked why it was one dollar more. He said "where on the coupon says it is $5?" That is rude! I tried toreason with him with this simple logic. He said, basically don't look at the price on the board, they are not accurate! If theyare not the real price, why do you bother having them on there? I had enough of this stupidity and walked away. They tore my sub in half and started wrapping it up. They also put about 2table spoons of mayo on one end of the sub. Ok this... was the first of three subs id ordered so i said id like a new sub made as this one was falling apart and the employee told me iwas being picky. I dont know what is going on at subway but i find the quality is going south really fast. Its a shame. Iactually liked subway. It almost seems like they have a hiring and quality control problem. On the positive side when they getit right and dont insult you their subs taste pretty good. Read more
