Their app told me that iced drinks were half off on Tuesday, but when I got there, they hadn't heard of the special. It took a... while to explain it to them, and they still didn't trust me until they scanned my app. Then they explained that my drink wouldtake five minutes to make, and asked me to pull through the drive through again. I went back there and the line was way toolong, so I left, instead. I tried to call them to cancel my order, but they kept trying to upsell me instead. I had to tell themto cancel the order four times before they finally listened. I still do not know if they successfully cancelled my order or not. Read more
I have pretty much came to this location every morning for the last 2 years, yes I have a coffee habit! Every morning whoever is... working greets me with my name and a big hello, my hubby and I are moving down South and I am so sad to leave because my localStarbucks and the employees there have made me feel welcomed and my coffee is always on point or if I don?t like it they willfix it right away no attitude just great customer service all the way around. I pray the next location I live next to will bejust as great as this one!! All the staff here has great customer service and you all will be missed!
