A HUGE Thank you and great appreciation to managers Chris and Alonso (and their team) for making our catering experience amazing... and easy. This was the first time I have ever had a party and NOT cooked. Having the delicious Red Robin burgers delivered andmy guests creating their favorite menu items exactly how they wanted was both exciting and fun! We ordered twenty-five burgers(with all the fixin?s on the side) and they were delivered on time and still warm like right off the grill and the portions wereenormous!! I didn?t have to worry about a single thing and because everything was in disposable containers, clean up afterwardswas quick and easy. Thank you, Red Robin of Redmond. You?re my go-to for future celebrations when I want good food just likewhen at the restaurant and when I don?t want to cook or clean after a party. I highly recommend the catering for any funevent. MADDIE our server & JOSE the hostess where wonderful! Very warm. Maddie made sure we had everything we needed and promptly... helped answer any questions we asked even if she was not sure of the answer. Me and my husband really appreciated our visit. The food was good, however the service has A LOT of room for improvement. Even though there were only a few customers, we had... to wave the waiter down numerous times to take our orders. It took more than 30 minutes to get our food. Employees werefriendly but mostly unavailable. We like RR but it?s unfortunate to see how their quality has gone down. Read more

I feel like I am a super active patron of Red Robin. LOL. My first burger experience in the US was w/ RR in CO. Since then, I've... only celebrated special events by treating myself to a veggie burger. Since 2018, RTC location has been my go-to place for thedine-in & take outs. My experience thus far had been very +ve. Customer service is good as well. Recently, I had an issue withmy online order. But, the branch manager was super friendly & polite to make quick adjustments. I will continue to curb my FF &burger cravings from this joint. Read more
