I've been here three times during lunch rush since I started working in Redmond. The young men at the front of their line work... hard. I used to be a line cook so I know what it feels like to be in the weeds like that during lunch or dinner, they stillsmile when they hand me my sandwich even though they have a million to go. They keep changing their hours. One week they're open until 9, the next they close at 4. You never know whether they're gonna be... open or not until you've already walked out here. They're not willing to pay their employees enough to even keep the place open,I don't know why they expect anyone to patronize them. Read more
Potbelly is one of those shops that heat up the meat and cheese in an attempt to hide the poor quality of their luncheon meat.... It's really bad. Assuming you're going to a shop like this for a meat-based sandwich, Potbelly fails to provide a qualityproduct. Their meat is a bare step above Subway, but still filled with salt, fat, and clearly extruded from a tube before beingsliced thinner than a dime. For the amount of money they charge, I could have walked next door to QFC and bought TWO delisandwiches loaded with high quality Boar's Head meat. The shop itself is pleasant, clean, and the staff are friendly. Butnothing can make up for that disgusting pressed meat-product. Read more
Food was ordered through their website, the order routed through door dash and marked as delivered while the food was not... actually delivered. At this point it is clear there is a lack of care. We have had tried a few times with pot belly and theexperience has been nothing but disappointing this whole time. From over priced poor sandwiches to terrible service and support.I don't think we would ever order from this place again in person or delivery. At this point Subway has higher qualitysandwiches with better service. Update: In a reply to this you probably see "email this address or call this number" we triedboth, no response. don't let their silly PR response fool you. I love potbelly sandwiches, which is why I?m giving 2 stars. However I was very disappointed with the service at this store. I... ordered a Mediterranean without chicken and a few more substitutions. But what I got was a regular mediterranean chickensandwich! I?m shocked how this can happen at 3 pm when there was no other customer in the restaurant. Worse was the casualattitude and lack of sympathy in serving meat on a vegetarian sandwich. They did initiate a refund but very much let down bythis store. Read more
I?ve been eating at this location for years and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I became very sick from the... grilled chicken sandwich I ordered yesterday. Six hours after I ate it I threw up the whole thing, and went on to vomit twicemore in 12 hours. I can?t say if the chicken was undercooked or it was a different ingredient, but obviously the wholeexperience is unacceptable. Don?t get your customers sick, that should be rule number one. Read more
