Reviews for Miah's Kitchen in Redmond, WA
First time going here and the atmosphere was really nice, cozy, and peaceful. We had the youtiao with soy milk as well as the... pork buns for breakfast. Buns were really juicy and flavorful, youtiao were my favorite - CRISPY DELICIOUS and when dipped insoy milk - chef’s kiss. The owner also offered sugar for the kids’ soymilk which was very thoughtful. Will come back againto try their lunch/dinner dishes! Read more
Just go eat there and stop debating. Have the lamb soup if you love lamb and need a soul warming meal. Just go and have some... food. It's an unassuming diner. Easy ordering with pictures on the menu. It's good if you're just looking for a quick bite orsome place to feed the family. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. But the food, oh my, the food. I would 100% have lambagain. I couldn't finish the food. It was too much so I took a container home and they gave me even more soup. I feel like aglutton. I feel fulfilled. The stewed egg was tasty and provided a nice contrast to the soup. Read more
Ordered the 1) Spicy Pungent Rice Noodle Clay Pot; 2) Hot Oil Seared Noodles (w house-made chewy noodle); Size: quite a lot,... more than enough for carbs intake. Could serve a bit more veggies since they are charging extra for that. Taste: 3.5,definitely worth a try but I’ve had better. I’ll try the pork bun next time and update. Again, round 3.5 to 4 because it isbetter than nearby Xi’an restaurants Service & Environment: supports digital payment, not too many people so not noisy. Read more

We have been to this place many times over the last few years but this is still my first review for it. They specialize in... cuisine from northwestern region of China with lots of flour based dishes so if you are looking for low carb food this isn’tthe place for you. Our favorite is the Big Platter Chicken, which is shown below. We’ve always ordered this dish whenever wedine here. The portion is huge so don’t expect that you will be able to finish it. Just enjoy what you can and pack the restto go. Read more
We sat outside of the restaurant. They are not open for dine-in inside yet. Really fast and good service. The biang biang... noodles are excellent, they are the most chewy noodles I’ve had among all the noodle places I’ve been to in Seattle area.???? bread soaked in beef/lamb soup is not authentic. Updated: they open for dine-in now, went here again and couldn’t bemore disappointed. None of the dishes we ordered were authentic. I was especially disappointed at the cold noodles and ricenoodles. I think Taste of Xi’an is much better on authenticity. Read more
Decided to give this place another chance since last visit two years ago, turned out to be a terrible mistake. Ordered Qishan... shao zi noodle (?????), the soup is too salty, and the noodles are not fresh. The lamb paomo soup (????) is undercooked, hard todigest. On top of the bad food, the owner tried to charge tips for sales tax, which isridiculous. ====================================== Ordered lamb soup which cost 10.99, and it taste just like water -absolutely no lamb flavor at all. The lamb meat in the soup has a strange purple-blueish color, looks totally disgusting. Calledmanager for complaint, she admitted it was the chief's fault but refused to give any discount. This place does not deserveanother visit. Read more
TLDR? Very tasty Northwest Chinese food. Good place to eat lamb, cold rice noodle and soup. Better than Taste of... Xi’an. —————— Pro: 1. The lamb soup and all related soup dishes are so good. The baked donut is incrediblywell-made. Smells good and tastes good; 2. The price is fair, each main soup dish ranges from $11 to $16, and that’s enoughfor one adult; 3. Not crowded yet, as not many people found this good place; 4. Service is good. They even offers you reallydecent recommendations based on true feedback or feelings if you’re open to chat. 5. Parking is reallyeasy. —————— Con: 1. The name is somehow distracting, making you concerned if it’s a good Chinese restaurant; 2. Iwish it can come with more meat, though it’s lovely already; noodles are not that good Really recommended! Read more
