Play space was closed during listed open hours which was a bummer for my kids. Initially didn't offer a receipt, coughed one up... when asked for it which is a good thing I did since they didn't quite get the order right. By the time I got the lump of burntcharcoal they were calling my burger, I didn't bother trying to take it back because the whole family just wanted to be donebeing here. Order straightforward items (2 sandwiches). No adjustments. Easy order. Not given total, either when confirming order or when... being charged. Told it?ll be just a minute. 2 minutes later told to pull into reserve lane, and it?ll be just another 2minutes. After 5 minutes I get my order. It?s wrong. Good job. Read more
Items are never the same, every time I get the caramel is either half coffee and the other half whipped cream or almost full cup... and just a bit of whipped cream. I was disappointed that the items I wanted to order were out. I had a craving for the breakfast burritos. Sadly, these were... out. I was going to order the peppermint mocha.
