The service was awful! The food is good, but on my most recant visit they didn't even heat the beef pocket. Disappointed as I... used to have all good reviews for this place, but the crew seemed to be high or something. I'm a service worker myself and Iknow it does not take 15 minutes to heat a piece of bread. Staff was apathetic and didn't seem to care. Staff running around andtalking to each other instead of taking orders. Wouldn?t even look anyone in the eye. Friendly environment, nice designs, good coffee and hot dogs, you have to be a little patient because of shortage.

Got a pack of bites and 2 sandwiches. The sandwich bread was less dry and fluffier than the bites were. 1st: guava and cheese,... the guava was from a paste bar obtained from the store it seemed. 2nd: spinach, egg, cheese.
