I?ve generally been happy with this location but tonight I was given two incorrect pizzas and when I called the store they said... it?s *my* responsibility to literally open the pizzas in front of them to verify the contents. I paid extra for premium toppingsand crust, and even left a 20% tip, only so I could be told, sorry this is *your* fault. I find that wholly unacceptable. 36% delivery fee? Every cent of that better go to the driver. Also, they canceled my order for being out of range even though... the website online let me create the order. This is why I never order pizza anymore. Read more
Delivery is consistently slow, we live 1 mile away and have received our pizza over an hour after ordering the last three times.... As a result the pizza arrives barely-warm, bland, and with an unfortunate congealed texture. We?re very disappointed to havemoved into the delivery zone for apparently the worst branch in the area. Pizza is usually pretty good, service is fairly quick, definitely busier on Friday and Saturday nights. I eat here pretty often... because I live across the street and the only issue I?ve ever had is with the sauce. I Order extra sauce on every pizza I get,but it seems to be overlooked or confused with extra cheese most of the time.. It?s a bummer because that?s the opposite of whatI?m looking for but otherwise no complaints, would give 5 stars if you guys stepped up the sauce game. Read more
Pizza is pretty expensive. Screwed my order up - boneless chicken means no bones, and it took am age to sort out. The pizza... tastes pretty good, staff seem unorganized and overworked. Read more
Worst customer service. Pizza was missing onions and few other toppings. One of the employee was ready to make a replacement ... but the store manager was so rude and didn?t allow him to make a new one though it was their fault. Read more
My son had a birthday party and I used the order ahead option on the app. Somehow I scheduled the order for the day after.... Imagine the horror when I went to pick up a large order of pizzas and found out it's not ready. These folks fast tracked two ofmy pizzas to get the hungry kids going while the rest are cooking and saved the day. I will forever be grateful for a savedbirthday! Read more
I?ve been ordering here for 2 years, and I?ve been pleased 99% of the time. The staff have all been incredibly nice. I?ve had a... missed item and a strangely made item, once each, and they were super quick, and very cool, to fix everything when I call.Bummed about the price increases recently, so I don?t think I order it as much as I used to. I always get my delivery order inless than an hour. And take out is wicked fast. I also had the best chat on the phone with someone in the store today (with anorder mix up on my end). I think they may be a newer hire, but they have exceptional customer service skills. Read more
