I'm not sure what's happened here in the last month or so, but after months of being my go-to place for lunch, they've replaced... the mobile order handoff area with a sign that says to check in with the cashier. Said cashier is always busy managing the lineof walk-ins and tonight I watched my order sit on a counter as several people walked in and were given their food- AFTER I hadchecked in. Multiple other people were also waiting for their orders and one told me this has happened to them here before. Ilove getting burritos at Chipotle, and I want to be able to eat here frequently. But there's no point in mobile ordering andpaying ahead if it just shunts you into an even longer wait, and there's no point to me buying from this Chipotle if I can'tmake use of that service. It wasn't too bad, though I ended up having to wait for my order when I ordered ahead, and asked for my drink cup nothing... big. Food wise. The burrito I got was good and well wrapped. Chips and queso were warm and good with no issues with them. Thelobby was nice and clean and with quite a bit of room. Read more

I ordered online by app 3 tacos with white rice, chicken, corn and cheese. After I checked the meal in the store I realized it... sparsely packed with hardly any chicken in one of the taco and corn sprinkled sparsely. Same with rice and cheese flakes. Afterrequesting to fill it little better, the manager refused it and told me that they are sizing it up andasked me to accept it asit is. I have been ordering tacosy whole life. This is not the first time they have put the online order sparsely like this. Theworse chipotle in my experience. Read more

Ordered veggie salad bowl with fajita veggies and other toppings, but received only lettuce. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I've had multiple bad experiences here. I've gotten tiny portion sizes, orders not being ready, impatient staff. I love... Chipotle, but I would recommend staying away from this location. It takes them forever to get out the online orders and the lineis out the door most of the day. Hadn't had this much trouble at any of the other locations. Read more

Bit of a red flag as soon as I walked in? I saw one of the cooks sneak not one, but two bites of delicious goodness over the... grill; right in front of me and right above the delicious goodness being prepared below. But the said delicious goodness wasdelicious indeed. Ordered ahead on the Chipotle website and there were no problems. Food was ready at the time I designated forpickup and nothing in my order was forgotten. I?m sure the cook wouldn?t hesitate if you asked them to share a bite of polloasado with you from over the counter :) Read more

Dang I saw the photo of the dirty store and thought maybe they were having a bad day, but when I went in I was shocked how dirty... this store was! And if the area where customers are is that bad, I don?t even want to know what the kitchen is like. As far asservice, I picked up a mobile order that was 10 min later than the estimated time, and they didn?t give forks or napkins so Ihad to go back in after. Hopefully management reads this and implements change. Read more
