I hate leaving negative reviews but this place deserved one. We came in at 1:04PM on Sunday, November 27. At 1:16PM, we got a... text message that "Your table is almost ready at BP - Redmond". We came in as soon as the message came in. We waited for tablesto be emptied and noticed numbers ahead of us getting called. We approached the waiter and she claimed she called us at 1:10PM -6 minutes before "Your table is almost ready at BP - Redmond" text came in. We were even willing to wait again in line for aseat, but what was worse was that the waiter was rude and just said ?sure? and walked away as I asked if we can wait for thenext table. I?m not sure where her attitude stemmed from but she clearly shouldn?t be doing customer service at arestaurant. This was our first time treating our family out to Boiling Point for a birthday - and this experience with RedmondBoiling Point just cemented avoiding this place. We have been to the one at Renton before and experience was vastly better(service folks were so warm and welcoming) compared to what we experienced here. Read more

This used to be good before covid. Now the plates, spoon, etc smell and taste like chlorox or some strong cleaning chemical.... Disgusting. We used to come here a lot but will stay away from now on. Read more

Authentic Asian cuisine. It is essentially a selection of hot pot with pre-mixed ingredients in a variety of different soup... base. We've tried various and each is unique in its own taste. This is our first visit to this Redmond branch, about the sameseating capacity as the Bellevue branch. The Seattle branch is the largest so far with double the seating capacity and a lotmore spacious so you don't feel so cramped beside other tables. Nowadays they give this Lemon QQ (pictured) Jelly at the end ofyour meal. It's quite a refreshing snack. Both of us had diarrhea from this Redmond branch; first ever food poisoning fromBoiling Point. It's unfortunate but we're unlikely to visit this Redmond branch again. Read more

Dinner is $1-2 more expensive than lunch and no free drink. Hmmm. I don?t understand why though. So eventually it was $55 for 2... ppl without drinks for dinner. Service was good. Read more

Truly a great place to eat by yourself or with good company, especially on colder days! 4/5 because both times I've been here... the coming through of the food flavor has lacked a bit, but that can be fixed with some of their sauces (garlic soy sauce doesthe trick). Overall, great! Highly recommend the beef hot pot for those who aren't feeling the seafood flavor and the Old-TimeDelight Milk Tea with boba is amazing! Read more
