Always an amazing experience at Baskin-Robbins. I had a minor issues, but it?s not big enough to impact all the times I?ve eaten... ice cream here with amazing service! My only issue was the size of the ice cream scoop. I went here around a month ago, and gota very large scoop in a waffle cone. Not good customer service. They not at all speak properly to the customer. If we ask any queries about prices she(the girl... behind the counter) was not answering clearly. She was not even tell the deals. I have a gift card. Still balance was there.But she said card was not working. I asked her to check with that barcode. But she was not helping us.
