AC has been broken for MONTHS this is unacceptable both as a customer and for the employees that work there. We were there today... at 85 degrees outside,as well as a month or two ago with similar weather, can't imagine last week when it was 105+ the manager /owner whatever needs to get this addressed IMMEDIATELY. I love Subway, but this place was filthy. They look to be in the middle of some sort of remodel. All the booths have been... removed and replaced with white stand alone tables and chairs. There was temporary air conditioning that was not cooling at all.The chairs were covered with grimy black fingerprints, the tables hadn't been wiped down in some time and the soda dispenser washorribly dirty--covered with nasty looking soda splashes that were no way just from one day's use. I ordered and paid for myfood before I noticed how dirty everything was. The sandwich was good, but I spent the next 24 hours wondering if I would getsome sort of illness from the dirty conditions. My thought was that this place needed some sort of adult supervision to ensurethat basic, regular cleaning was performed. I was there on Monday 8/1/22. Read more
My co worker and I were hungry and had a itchin for a Sammy, stopped in here at the local subway and the Italian herb and cheese... bread had hardly any cheese or herb seasoning, then when I got to veggies the guy adding them put 3 pickles on, I asked for moreand got 2 more. Then I had to ask like 4 times for more olives when I said a lot to begin with, ( and still barley had any)Sammy only had sauce in like the center 5 inches of the sub. We stopped in on, July 25th 2022. My Italian sub was perfect???? When the diet coke machine didn't work for my fountain drink,... they let me buy a bottled diet coke at the same price as my med. fountain drink. Great young adults working...and I'll add thesehard working folks had NO air conditioning eighter. Kudos ???? Read more
We waited in line for at least 20 minutes to get to the kiosk, an additional 10-15 minutes to get to the window after ordering.... We finally get to the window and they tell us it'll be an extra 15 minute wait because they didn't have enough hot meatballs for2 sandwiches ready. The wait for the meatballs would have been totally fine if it didn't take us over 30 minutes just to get tothe window. We left and went to the Subway on 97, we drove there, ordered, and got our food in less than 10 minutes. Read more
Best service in town Isaiah was awesome, placed an online order and it didn't go through. Finally got the order even came out to... my car in the parking lot to let me know he got it and made our order super fast! Great work subway! Read more
Absolutely garbage. They make you wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes every single time while they help the customers... inside that show up after you. They also do not make pick up door dash orders until you are there to pick it up which in turnmakes you wait another 20 minutes to make a sandwich that takes a total of 5. Not getting my business anymore as I have giventhem chance after chance. Read more
