Sandwiches were okay . The service was poor . The staff were not well kept in appearance . No one washed their hands before... putting gloves on . Then instead of sanitizing the cutting board several employees used their gloves hands to wipe the cuttingboard crumbs back into the food they put on the sandwiches . Umm cross contamination !?! We saw the Jimmy John's as we were driving south and it was a great place to get lunch. The service was fast and efficient. ... The sandwiches were excellent. The bathrooms and the entire facility was spotless. Jimmy John's is good, and this is one oftheir excellent locations. Read more
Definitely not freaky fast anymore. Ordered my food at 5:02 (after standing at the register for about 30 seconds while the... employee finished her personal conversation) and it?s now 5:21 and I still don?t have my food. We love Jimmy Johns, that?s why I?m giving it 4 stars. I would give 5 but for some unknown reason we have always had an address... that doesn?t fall into their delivery area. We lived 1 block closer a few years ago, my sister lives 1 block north of us but onthe east side of a main road & they get delivery. I don?t understand! Also, went there tonight, Hello Dear Manager!!!! You onlyhad 1 person working! What the heck is wrong with you?? He did a great job but that?s just ridiculous!!! Read more
At 7:15pm I ordered 2 #9s with guacamole, the sandwich did not have guacamole on it. Not a big deal, it?s an honest mistake and... I ordered close to closing time. I got through half of my sandwich and and pulled a piece of what looked like plastic wrap outof my mouth. At first I thought maybe it was like meat skin or something but upon further inspection and a second opinion it waswith out a doubt PLASTIC. I felt sick, I?ve never found actual garbage in my food before. I examined the rest of the sandwichand luckily that was the only piece of garbage that made it?s way into my food. By the time I made this discovery it was already8pm and I assumed they had closed. I will be calling in the morning to request a refund or some other form of compensation. Idon?t leave reviews on places but this could?ve been hazardous to my health if I hadn?t noticed and accidentally swallowed it. Read more
Unfortunately has gone down hill..most recently got a sandwich with nothing on it except meat and cheese.....nothing else, had... receipt sitting on it with proper instructions which specified to add ingredients. Bad service, bad products, and now thegeneral politeness of people and lack of detail is evident and palpable. Read more
