The wait staff have been friendly and do a great job. Usually not very many people in the restaurant. However, their chef under... cooks most, if not everything. If you want something cooked to a certain point, like steak, order (for example) medium or mediumwell instead of medium rare, otherwise your steak is almost blue. Great place great food great moods. People need to stop giving others a hard time when it's hard times for everyone. All I would... say is if you are car side to go only, put that on your website so people don't drive 30 minutes for their wings and fries LOLotherwise great little spot in every town I go to. Got here 3:45 get seated to be ignored for 10 to 15 minutes. I go up to bartender, and ask for water. He brings it to me... Apologies I'll get you a server, I try to order my cocktail. He can't has to wait for our server to out in order. She doesn'tcome check on us for another 20 minutes. I'm like convincing my husband to stay at this point. Order our drinks they can't makeone drink" another 20 minutes bring me really blue drink which I'm settling for being I don't want to be ignored for another 20to 30 minutes! They don't bring my husband drink. Our food came from the cooks? I again had to track down a worker for myhusband drink. I didn't think he'd even want it' at that point he did. We finally get an apology from our server. Neither of usgot full from our dishes either. Salmon plate and the baby back ribs. The portions seemed smaller them just a month ago. When.We was their last. Drinks food was all good then. Not now another couple left being ignored as well. I wanted to warn the peoplewalking in the door. That it was long waits and horrible customer service. So hence the long annoying review. By the time weleft it was after 5pm Still hungry and very disappointed in the whole Redmond Applebee's. NOT recommended. This place is unclean and poor service. I was very appalled to see such careless employees. From the time we... sat down until the time we left we experienced the view of a dirty table and food on the floor that you had to walk over to getto your table. Than the entire time you tried to enjoy your meal you had a view of the dirty table while watching the waitersseat people around you walking them through the food on the floor. At the end of the day we understand it's each waitersresponsibility to bust their own table. But out of common courtesy, Looking out for your coworkers and having a presentablerestaurant for your customers. Clean up the darn mess, this was uncalled for and I can only imagine what the hidden kitchenlooks like when the seating area looked like that. Read more
Should have Read the Reviews before Ordering Online. To go orders were Made incorrectly. even with the print out of the exact... ingredients Needed. Placed me on hold when I called to Speak with them about it. They Hung up on me. I called back. They askedfor details on the Order, Again, so they could Look into it, and see what they can Do. - Big Eye Roll here on my end. Even gavethem a Pre Tip, to help encourage Good Service. Place was absolutely empty, waited 20 minutes to get seated, waited another 20mins to get out appetizers ordered, food came out... cold and not cooked correctly, Applebee's was once a fun and enjoyable place to eat, not it's a dumpster fire, I'm over thisplace won't be going back again anytime soon. Total lack of competent management. Only 5 tables seated with customers and some patrons at the bar. A sixth table had 4... employees eating meals. Has management heard of rotating employees for breaks? Over 20 patrons waiting to be seated and toldthat it would be over a 1 hour to be seated due to only 2 servers. We counted and observed 8 employees milling around includingthe 4 seated at the table eating. One Busboy was just wandering around with nothing to do. This place was truly unbelievable. Read more
The server we had was really sweet. But the food was horrible. We ordered a Combo Appetizer Plate, to snack on while we waited... for our food. The two adult meals came out first, then the kids meal. I then asked about the app plate, she said it would bejust a second, no big deal. Then my other half went to take a bite of his broccoli and there was hair wrapped in it. Finally wegot the app platter and it was cold. We sent back the meal back with the bad broccoli and they did comp the meal. But thekitchen staff was absolutely horrible..
