I ordered from DoorDash and the only option they have for the flat bread was toasted. I couldn?t go forward without selecting... that option. I thought, ?I will just call and tel them.? But their phone does not work. I thought maybe it was mine and calledanother subway. It rang but no answer. They should make an option in DoorDash to have it not toasted and fix their phone. Now Iwill get a sandwich I won?t even eat. The reason I don?t like it toasted is because I got food poisoning once at subway when Iwas 16 and it was toasted. Ever since than I can?t. Makes me grossed out thinking about it. Read more

My "Go To" for Wednesday night dinner. Footlong Steak and Cheese with double meat; and wrap it as two six inch subs...one for... dinner and one for Thursday Lunch. Buy one get one 50% on the Subway AP. Coupon mailer has three footlongs for $18 (double meatextra). Eating out with the family for under $20. That is the definition of value! Read more

I was just thrown out of this store because I am not medically able to wear a face mask and our governor has mandated it for... everyone who is able. When I explained this to the employee who had told me they would not serve me without one she saidunkindly, "We don't care and won't serve you. You need to get out." There were no other customers in the store and the twoemployees were wearing their masks. I appreciate those who can and do wear masks, they are helping people like me who can not,but this woman was absolutely rude. I would give anything to be able to wear one and not be constantly harrased! Subway, pleaseeducate your employees in CA on what the governor's mandate actually says! Read more

All of my items except the sandwich were missing and when I called the store they said I should've checked to make sure I had... everything before the driver left. Isn't it the store's responsibility to make sure all items in the order are provided in thefirst place? Doesn't make sense to tell me to come and get it then when I paid for delivery for a reason. Person I talked to wasincredibly rude and made it my fault that I didn't get my items. Read more
