I have been waiting to review this location till i had been in there a few times. I ordered the same sandwich ive ordered for... 20yrs, its not an exaggeration unfortunately. I have had 4 different staff members makes my sandwiches her and every one doesntknow how to close a sandwich when they are finished. When did the technique of using the knife to push everything inside thenslide the knife out stop. They had all rolled the sandwich over, condiments facing down, then pushed their fingers inside to tryand get everything in. And when the condiments come back out of the sandwich they wrap the sandwich as is. The need bettertraining, or any and they need to learn how to speak to people. Read more
As far as I can tell, this is the only location in Redlands that is still open to the public and available for dine-in or carry... out. It's very fortunate, then, that the staff are friendly and produce attractive and delicious submarine-style sandwiches. Theinterior is small but clean, the bread is freshly baked daily, and the ingredients are always very fresh, as well. The onlydownside? You may have to wait in line! Read more
I used to love this location, the staff were nice, remembered my order, and I could be in and out no problem. Now they never... stay open as late as they say, and almost never close at the same time. It says they're open until 10 or 11 pm but more oftenthan not they close anywhere between 730-900. This was my go-to to get dinner while on shift but I haven't actually been able tocatch them open in over a month. It's getting ridiculous, they either need to stick to their current hours or adjust them andlet people know they're going to be closing earlier so I can stop showing up just to get turned away at the door, and im almostnever alone in getting turned away, more often than not someone else is also already there getting turned away too. Haven't been to Subway for years and decided to stop by after seeing commercials for subways on sale ended up leaving $35 later... with 2 ft longs and two soups and not one smile. I signed up for the application to get one Subway and to get the other one freebut told me that I had to have the subway the way it looked on the screen only was kind of stuck my family was looking forwardto having Subway for lunch last time.
