I came here this morning and They were visibly busy and understaffed. I used to a GM so i get it- things happen. But I want to... highlight the staff, despite being busy and seeing all the customers visibly upset they had longer than usual wait times, thestaff still remained friendly, customer service was wonderful, and they let any new people walking in the door know they were alittle behind and what the wait times were. they were doing the best they could, and i appreciate each and every one of you.thank you for pushing through what looked like a tough morning for you all. This place is a cluster F.... Came through the drive through and once I left I immediately knew my drink was wrong. I had to... park and get out where I was told I had to get back in line to give them the drink order again. And then had to wait anadditional 15-20 minutes for my drink. And this is why I go to the Ford Park location. Any time you are remaking a customersdrink it should not be pushed to the back of your orders. Read more

I went to this Starbucks for the first time and I was told I cut someone off? There was no sign as to where the line started and... the manager yelled at me when I got to the window saying that I knew I cut the line and to never do that again. Lucky for him, Iwill not be returning to this god awful store and I will let my friends and family know to avoid if possible as the customerservice was awful. I wish I got the manager's name so I could report him to corporate. Absolutely terrible. Read more

I always order ahead on my Starbucks app and I've never have to wait for my order. I am always happy with the service, drinks,... and food. Unfortunately, I can't give a 5 star rating. While because just Eekkk!! What is going on with the restrooms? Everystore I've stopped in no matter what area I'm in...the bathrooms are disgusting! I do not recommend using the facilities atStarbucks. Read more

I come to this Starbucks a lot and it?s hit or miss honestly. Sometimes you?ll wait a super long time and other times you?re in... and out. I waited 30 minutes today for 2 very simple drinks. An iced grande PSL with oatmilk and a Caramel Macchiato with anextra shot. As I waited, I watched orders bigger than mine come and go before me. I know some were mobile orders but there werepeople who came in AFTER me and got their completed order 10 minutes before I did. Even when I got my order, I got the PSL firstand then had to wait again to even get my second drink. I will not be coming back to this location again. I?m always verypatient when I go there but enough is enough. Something needs to change at this location because service is not consistent. Theonly positive thing about this trip this time was the lady who took my order was very nice and probably the only one whoreminded me to get my stars since I paid in cash. Read more

Came in at 7:30am on a Friday and got my drink at 7:55am. I have never seen a Starbucks so busy in my life. Geez people are so... addicted to caffeine & sugar these days. They were 25 min behind delivering drinks but the baristas handled it with grace.Seriously the people working here in the morning deserve to be paid double. Read more
