Employees are nice. Product is good. But there is not a comfortable chair in the place. No big leather chairs. Instead, they try... to shuttle millennials seated at straight-back chairs with postage-stamp sized tables in and out every 20 minutes. They don'twant anyone spending significant time there or getting too comfortable. It's all about money and not the customer. Read more

The 1 star off is for the parking lot that has limited parking spaces, compared to other Starbucks locations, and for... improvement opportunity for the staffs that took more than 5 minutes to notice a customer (me) was looking for the drink that Iordered via phone app 15-20 minutes earlier. Other than that, this Starbucks is clean and seems like a comfortable place tohangout. Read more
So sad one of the only Starbucks i used to like in the area. Who doesn?t take cash 20 minutes before closing? I?ve gone before... and done it NUMEROUS times. You know what I call that LAZY ! I?ve come in 5 minutes before closing and paid cash with no issues!I always tip too. So sad, I?ll just stick to the Starbucks in Beaumont because that was the ONLY thing I was looking forward toand to be turned away basically????????????? Read more
Justina the Store Manager is really nice she always helps me when I order something from there. She is a great Manager there.... She always helps people. And she always smiles when they walk in. She has a great Attitude when people walk in. I always goback and would recommend to go to this location to anyone that goes to Starbucks. So I give this location a great place to gotoo. 2 Caramel ribbon crunch tasted like plain blended and crunchy ice. I dont think the crunch should be the chunks of ice! Zero... caramel taste. Love this drink at other locations. Called to let them know and they told me what they should have added. Norefund/exchange opportunity for the next day and too far away to drive back same night. Read more
