Be prepared to wait. The service is slow and the customer service is lacking. The cinnamon honey latte was good. The caramel... blend was very sweet. We also ordered a PB & honey sandwich, breakfast sandwich (which does not have a scrambled egg like thepicture) and avocado toast with everything but the bagel seasoning. The avo toast was way too salty. Nice seating area in theback with a ramp leading to the bottom. For parking I recommend the parking garage one block over. The roof usually always hasspaces.
