The staff is very unprofessional. There?s a huge orange sign that says, ?new owners, new hours, SUN-MON 8am-8pm?. I got there at... 9:30 am and they?re staff was just arriving. They saw me standing there and never even acknowledged me. A second employeearrived around 9:45 am, didn?t acknowledge me either, just went straight to open the door so they can start their shift. I sayhello and ask them why do they have a sign with new hours but are not being respected and she acted as if she?s never seen thatsign before. Sorry new owners but will never be back to your store. i?ve been coming to this juice it up for a couple years now, and today Sunny and Lexi showed outstanding customer service... skills. they were also quite quick in making me and my families smoothies. all in under 30 seconds. they are definitely a greataddition to the juice it up team! Read more
Went in got a custom smoothie and a pretzel soon after the place had a huge line. There were only two employees there. They did... a great job juggling all the orders and me and my damn pretzel problem. They handled everything well but I suggest at least onemore employee. Thank you girls. Great job. Read more
Today I came with my partner to the store located in Redlands, we arrived at the store around 7:25 pm and they told us that they... were closed, but that was not true. We left there and went to the subway and then we went back to the outside of the storebecause we had left our car there and we were there until 8 and we could see how people arrived and arrived and they attended tothem, I really don't know. why they didn't want to serve us????, that's disappointing.????
