This review isn?t about their food, it?s about their restrooms. I was in a hurry due to time constraints and had decided to... chance leaving the house without morning rituals. This was absolutely not the play. I pull off the freeway and hit every redlight; some kid is texting and holds up the entire lane for the entirety of a turn signal because nobody hits their horns.Eventually, I pull into the parking lot. I walk straight in and into the restroom. To my amazement, this restroom is spotless.It?s 12pm and you know they?ve been busy for the last hour, and will be for an hour to come, yet somehow they?ve managed to keepa greasy burger joint restroom spotless. I?m absolutely amazed and they definitely deserve a 5 star rating for time management,unlike me. Read more
I?m taking a second out of my day to share a unique experience I had at five guys today. An honest mistake of missing bacon on... my burger, turned into the greatest experience I?ve ever had at any fast food establishment. The young man from the kitchen cameall the way to the patio area to bring my burger & even advised me that he made the bacon himself. ?I must add. It wasdelicious?, The food was delicious and the experience was expectational 10/10. this man come to have a quick conversation withme and right back to work He went Thank you Angel for your hard work today. Establishment has a unique kitchen vibe. Stacked potato bags by register. Clear view into cooking area. Great customer service.... They have a decent variety of condiments to add into burger. They don't have a meal option and instead everything is soldseparately.. which was their disadvantage because it's pricey! Hamburger size is average.. nothing special. Shakes don't tasteas flavor preference picked. Fries however are tasty and depending on size ordered, you'll get a decent amount. I love theconcept of the restaurant but not executed properly. Pathetic, they'll be out of business within a year. I asked for a chilly hamburger and the cashier told me we don.t have. I... made it simple and just ordered a double hamburger. with nobody else in line it took 15 minutes to cook my order. burger wasjust ok and mushrooms looked as if right out of a can. french fries ordering is odd, they said a large can is enough for 3people? there more employees sitting down on break looking at their phones than customers. ill never come back to this joke. My friend and I went to the movies up the street and he said let's go to 5 Guys for lunch afterwards. I think we were the only... people in there. Burgers are the best. The fries to me are just okay. But 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 order of fries and 2drinks totaling almost $40 bucks...Yikes. I would have given 5 stars if if wasn't for the price points. But, I still lovetheir burgers. Read more

I?ve been to this location several times and the food was always consistent. But today they gave me burnt fries cooked in... dirty/old oil. My burger was dripping with oil and mayo, and they barely used any lettuce to wrapped it (literally one piece wasused on one of the sides of the burger). The lettuce they used was also super flaccid and gross. Absolute waste of money for adisgusting meal. Read more
