Would rate a 0 star if I could. I could not believe how disgusting the restroom was considering it being a restaurant. No toilet... paper in either stall. I was going to order but as soon as i seen how obviously this place is ok with having the restroom likethat, i changed my mind and left thinking to myself if thats how they have the kitchen where they prepare food too. I even let afemale employee know and her only response was ?sorry we are very busy and dont have the time? like if thats a very good excuse.This place either needs to hire more people or get rid of the employees that obviously dont focus on cleaning. Or the newafrican american manager needs to be on top of her game and do a better job with her employees. Im sorry but theres no excuse. Food is usually great! But....I tried ordering delivery through their app last time I ordered and food never arrived. I was... charged $18 and had to miss lunch that day. Then after work had to spend 30+ minutes to get a refund. As an aside, if youorder delivery, their prices are higher in addition to the delivery fee. Read more
I always go to this location to get a salad with grilled chicken. Every single time I order the same thing a salad with extra... lettuce and extra pico only with grilled chicken. So, the portion of protein (grilled chicken) is always so small, especiallytoday I got like 4-5 small pieces of chicken. When I say small I mean they were very small. I didn?t even see any tbh only 1piece that was a decent size and everything else looked like crumbs. All I basically got was rice lettuce and pico, it?sridiculous. The salad costs $15.00 with grilled chicken. $15 for a salad is too much to be honest especially when you get somelettuce and you always have to ask for more and a couple slices of grilled chicken. I usually go to the Eastvale CA branch where they always greet you with a friendly manner and a smile. Tonight I decided to... take my family to the Redlands CA branch, where a staff member named Dylan was talking disrespectfully and unprofessionally tothe rest of the staff with an attitude as if he was annoyed by his job and was out on the streets instead. from working ... asif that were not enough, when I placed my order, he began to put tortillas to heat without even asking me what I wanted. He ispreparing my food for me, he began to yell at another colleague for not having beans ready, all the staff looked at himnervously due to his attitude. frankly for another occasion I will choose to drive a few more miles then return to a placewhere customer service is clearly very poor and training is obviously lacking. This location is the worst. The employees have ZERO sense of urgency. Every time I have gone there, the line is short but takes... 30+ minutes to get through. They seem to always be out of items on the line and are waiting on a fresh batch. No apology for thedelay and no indication that they think this is a problem. Really yummy. First time there. Had a wet burritos with beef. Really good size, didn't think I would finish, but I did. I asked... for less rice, but they still put a lot of rice. It was a little saltier than I prefer and the spicy salsa wasn't spicy. Read more
If you like Tex-Mex you may like the Rio. I personally did not. I ordered the burrito enchilada style with chili pork. The pork... was smothered in sweet bbq sauce which was a shock as I was expecting spicy. I also wonder why they have very bad store boughtchips but make handmade tortillas. I was out Christmas shopping with family, and we stopped in for a bite to eat our bill was $85 dollars,I can't drink soda it's... bad for my health condition. I asked for a water cup, and told me they were out! She refused to give me a regular cup andexpected me to eat dinner with out anything to drink! It wasn't my fault they didn't order enough water cups, and she onlywouldn't let me have one, because she was in control,I wondered if she didn't like me, and chose to treat me that way,for noreason! I will not be back as a result! $85 dollars more than paid for the cheap paper cup! It turned a fun Christmas shoppingexperience into something horrible ! Luckily I had a small empty water bottle with me l thought to put water in and that got methrough the meal! If she didn't want me to have water I could of used a soda cup from someone in my group!
