We have been regular customers for years , spending thousands of dollars . This past Sunday we spent $150. on a delivery . ... They first forgot the bottle of wine we ordered and they make a second trip to deliver the wine . No worries, mistakes happen .After the wine arrives we then realize they got part of the order wrong . I call back , and the owner says I should have checkedthe food before I called back about the wine . He then says he?ll send up the right dish . I commented that for a $150. orderthat is now wrong twice I?d like a credit . The owner tells me no, that where else can I get such good food , then hangs up .Good food is a given , great service is the difference maker . Never go back there again Read more
There are so many Italian Restaurants in this area but my family and I are thoroughly impressed with Lombardi?s. We ordered take... out pizza and it was absolutely delicious. It rivals Frank Peppe?s. We can hardly wait to go have dinner at the restaurant. Read more
Worst guess experience and dining out experience 2nd time in a row, cashier ?old balled man over there and pointed in a dirty... apron?accused me and my wife of taking a cheesecake when there wasn?t a cheesecake in OUR TAKE OUT BAG then gave us a burntslice of cheese cake which still lingerers a burnt cheese cake taste in my mouth . Then forgot to put chicken in my ChickenAlfredo and the Minestrone soup had no meat or beans just noodles and water and tomatoes no Vegetables, once I called to letthem know of there mistakes and they blamed us again and said we didn?t order chicken Alfredo put payed for it. I would neverrecommend this resturant to anyone being a chef myself the guess experience was terrible and the food was horrible and the dirtyaprons need to go ! Read more
A nice relaxed atmosphere. We were a large party which shocked the staff even though we had a reservation. However, they rose to... the occasion with good food and service. I had the gnocchi which was good, not exceptional. Some people had pizza which waspronounced superb. Others had various pasta dishes which seemed to be enjoyed by all. Prices are reasonable. Just was turned away from eating inside their restaurant after ordering ahead 2 large pizzas . We stated that we were coming to... sit inside. So after being seated and drinks served they come out and say we cant eat large pizzas inside their restaurant ONLYsmall pizzas??..so they have the nerve to send my 2 young hungry kids dressed in Halloween costumes to drive home with thepizzas. And with only 1 table of people eating inside. Stay away from this place. Bad customer service and owners. Read more
