The grilled cheese steak burrito was really good. The truff nacho fries are over priced for the amount you get but really good.... The reason for lower stars is because I specifically requested that my wife's beefy 5 layer burritos be grilled, the girl onthe mic put 2 grilled on the order, the receipt says 2 grilled on it, they grilled one of them, so why not the other one? I requested three chicken quesadillas, but only got two and a half. I'm not sure when they made the potato fiesta even. It... smelled awful. Particularly 2 1/2 quesadillas when you had ordered 3 ? They were unwilling even to provide the receipt, which Ipersonally requested. The teller's name was "Brian A". I ask anyone who visits or orders from them to take a close look at howtheir orders are unwrapped because they don't do it correctly. For the second time, I was required to leave a review. The only thing that made me ranknthis particular taco bell 2 stars instead of one is the fact that you get to watch the... migrating crackheads bicker with each other in the near by parking lots. The food was thrown toghter amd the staff acted like Iwas in their personal kitchens ordering some sort of multicolored meal. This place was down right terrible. If you are near hereand hungry you will be better off eating from the gas station garbage cans. Read more
Horrible management. Just had to wait 30 minutes for 3 tacos because the person ahead of me ordered 300 (not an exaggeration)... and the genius manager just took an order that ridiculously large with no required call ahead so they could do the huge orderand not slow down their kitchen. I've worked in kitchens, this is how it's done. Insane. Needs new management. Read more
Just okay. Not great, but definitely not terrible. I believe that they may have been understaffed today, so take that into... consideration while reading this. Very friendly staff! The lobby was open, so I went in to order. I was greeted after a coupleof minutes, and was asked to use the kiosk to order. My order usually contains items with modifications that the kiosk doesn'toffer as options. I went back to my car to order through the drive thru. The line was fairly short, but it was extremely slow.Once I got my order, my modified item didn't have anything it was supposed to. It was literally just beans in a tortilla ???? I had my Taco Bell order delivered and I wasn?t very pleased with my quesadilla. In the past few years of ordering taco bell I... never had a problem. Unfortunately that was not the case tonight, My quesadilla wasn?t cut and the portion of the quesadilla wasvery skimpy. I hope that in the future the employees will put the right portions in the food, and follow the signs on how muchfood goes into a burrito, quesadilla, chalupa etc. Read more
The night crew is very rude and told Mr they wouldn't take my 20 dollar bill because it had a rip in it. I thought it was a bit... ridiculous especially because they were supposed to be fixing a pas GG order that was also wrong and they b stil made the orderthey were fixin wrong. When i asked for the name of thw manager the cashier at the window replied with "im not going to give youa workers name as it's against policy" I've worked for pizzahut and it's sister stores which includes tacobell and know it's notagainst policy. I will never be going back at night to avoid these two workers. Read more
