Ok I was charged $28.00 for two 6" sandwich and small bag of lays chips!! I was in a hurry and didn't even notice the huge over... charge untill I was home. Went back with my recite. Was told that the person who over charged me was about to leave subways.Went back 3 more times left my phone number and a note explaining what happened. Was told manager will call me. Because he wasnever there when workers told me to come back. Nobody ever called me back. And now I've LOST my recite. But I have proof in mybank app. Watch out be alert because I wasnt!!! Read more
I had a sandwich made by Mary. She bakes the bread perfectly..It is soft with the perfect crunch.. but not dry. She always makes... it where it fits and a fair portion balance across the entire sandwich. She knows how to make a sandwich and she is fast!!! Ireccomend asking for Mary at the Lake blvd store!! Landon was the subway staff member that made my sandwich. Not only was he fast but he was so nice!! 5 star customer service!!... My turkey sandwich was amazing..not smashed..not sogged and not falling all over!! He suggested a new garlic sauce..hands downmade my sandwich!! We will definitely be back. Be sure to ask for Landon! I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and no one acknowledged me for the first 5 minutes I stood there. There was one other person... ahead of me, and two employees working and after they finished helping him, the female employee kept making other orders and themale employee (after working the til), began rolling up the rugs at their work station. As I was about to walk out, the maleemployee told the female employee to help me and she complained that she wasn't done with her online orders first. It was a veryupsetting experience and I didn't get the double cheese I asked and paid for. It's not even worth going back: as their bread isALWAYS tough and dry; as well as their customer service!!! The Subway on Lake/299 E is a really good store. My family and I get sandwiches here frequently. They are very generous with the... veggies etc and the staff, despite the typical 'fast food' turnover have always been friendly and eager to please. I give them 5stars relative to this type of eatery because they deserve it. Read more
