Clean (new?) store. Large by comparison to most Subway's restaurants with plenty of available seating -- even at 11:30 am on a... Friday. Staff was polite and helpful. Only complaint would be that the person making my sandwich was a little "stingy" withsome of the sandwich "makings" (lettuce, peppers, etc.), but not too hard to ask again nicely to put a little more on thesandwich. Ordered a foot long Italian sub with cookies and stood at the register before the female employee started trying to charge me... using the card method. I only have cash. She never once informed me beforehand that I wouldn't be able to pay with cash. Notonly did I leave but three other customers who were outraged also left. "Well there goes your tip!" Walked in to get dinner at 4:20pm we were the only ones in the place we stood at the counter for several minutes until the... girl behind the counter finally stopped stocking the line and acknowledged us standing in front of her working. I ordered theboss meatball footlong and asked for some provolone cheese to be added. The girl behind the counter couldn't make my sandwich.The mgr had to finish it. Couldn't eat it because it was so poorly made. What a mess. The girl made two all American clubsandwiches and clearly didn't know what she was doing. 41.00 later no drinks and 4 bags of chips. Around 1:30 p.m. on 7/11/22 I stopped at your store on Hilltop Drive on my way out of town. I ordered the #7 in a wrap. Once... on the road , around 2 pm. I discovered that I had received the wrong order, it was a pastrami on bread loaded with veggies andlots of mayo, not my wrap. I'm sure the gentleman in front of me that actually ordered this sandwich was as disappointed as Iwas with receiving the wrong order and he may have actually returned to the store for a replacement. I was already 20 minutesinto my trip and didn't want to turn around. I called 7 different times between 2:15 and 7 p.m., nobody answered, only got arecording of hours to NOT leave a message and that the mailbox was full and was not accepting messages. And then a GOODBYE! Iwould like to at sometime in the near future receive a refund or a voucher for a replacement of the correct order. Your timelyresponse will be very much appreciated. Their prices are way too high for their fake food. Eat fresh fake food everyday for way overpriced. I would save my money and go... to either Safeway deli or Holiday market deli hands down 50 times better than Subway and at a better price. Oh yes, the mostimportant part, REAL fresh food (not found at Subway). Too bad I used to love eating here years back. Read more

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Gabe and Conner had made my sandwich. The store was very clean and they were very... attentive to my order. They were both kind and very helpful. Conner went above and beyond insuring to make my sandwich preciselyas I ordered it. The produce was fresh and I?m overall very pleased with my experience. I had the veggie patty sandwich, and it was fantastic! Footlong, with chips and a drink. Will definitely be back!
