I was there yesterday and ordered my coffee together with my friend who got her order 15 minutes earlier than mine and it took... me long to watch the baristers cleaning the counters(which I am well to receive this service in front of my eyes) and alsoservicing the drive-in customers (which is also okay) but nevertheless I should not be waiting as the only customer to get myorder which was simply a grande de-caf americano with cream and sugar... Couple of times I asked why it takes too long to get myorder and I was answered to wait since they were serving to drive-in customers. When I got my coffee it was cooler than regularheat, although I was asked to renew it, I refused claiming not to be waited another 15-20 minutes. Later on a lady approached mytable with a tall cup of coffee and asking me if this was hot enough to satisfy my request and extended her appologiez. Shewas the Store Manager and heard the last conversation with barister that I was saying "No not to wait for another 20minutes"..and from there on she investigated about our conversation and wanted to extend their sorry for the incidenthappened. I do not know if in store customers will have priority to receive the service as well as the drive-in customers infuture due to this experience but I HIGHLY EXTEND MY APPRECIATION to the Store Manager who gently held this inconvenientcircumstance. I don't go to Starbucks because the coffee is good I go because they can follow directions. However this particular visit at... this particular store was the best Starbucks experience I have ever had. My order was perfect I didn't have to repeat it to thecashier it was great. This is one of my favorite places to go to get coffee. Every time I come here, I get my stuff quick. The employees are always... super friendly and chatty. The drinks themselves are also always delicious. Can't think of a single negative thing to say aboutthis location. Good job. Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks in town! I go here about 5 days a week and I?ve never had a poor experience. The employees are... wonderful.. extremely friendly and helpful with new recommendations. I hardly ever have to wait in a line. I think the most carsI?ve seen at one time when I?ve gone was maybe two or three cars ahead of me, but I?ve never waited more than five minutes formy coffee. My children love the cake pops and blueberry muffins, and they always get a big smile through the window. It?s verylarge and clean on the inside, and the bathrooms are very spacious and squeaky clean! I did find it strange that there was nosink in the bathroom, but right outside when you walk out, there?s a huge beautiful sink and mirror. Totally great experienceevery time I come here! Read more
Got to love a new drive-thru Starbucks in Redding! Conveniently located in a new shopping center on the south end of town. Good... service with a smile as usual and great caffeinated beverages! I've been enjoying their green tea frappuccinos lately! It seemsas if that is as good of a milkshake as I can tolerate anymore. This one looked pretty busy today.
