We called this establishment to let them know we were on our way but had lots of traffic. We got there right at 9pm and the... person inside hid not very well behind the counter on the floor not good customer service!!!!! Read more

Not sure if I caught all the workers on a bad day. Everyone is in a bad mood. When they handed me my pizza it was wrong. I... ordered a chicken garlic add spinach and mushrooms. And there was no spinach. I asked if they could add it and they took it backand started to put it on top however, spinach will burn if it?s placed on top. So I asked if they could put on underneath. Themanager got mad and snapped at the workers and said to make a new one while she stormed to the back, throwing away the ?messed?up pizza. After they started on the new one, they again forgot to put the spinach underneath? and the other half of the pizzawas bacon and pineapple yet they started to remake it with Canadian bacon?. At this point I?m overwhelmed with having to tellthem they messed up my order again because they were getting so upset they were having to remake it. I?ve never had this problemwith the placer st location so maybe the managers bad attitude is rubbing off on the other workers. It wouldn?t have been a bigdeal but I was charged extra for it and it was on them for continuing to mess up the order. Was informed that the place closed at 9pm, started clean up at 8:45pm. Reasonable enough. I showed up to pick up my order and... the place looked closed. The 5+ employees were hanging out, cleaning up in the dark. Too bad the owner didn't drive by to wonderwhy his shop was closed. Then, they told me they didn't have change and suggested I go break my bill at another store. Mychange would be $32... crazy to not keep enough change on hand. Last pizzas I think I'll order from there. Too many employees, not enough orders to fill, out of business. Sad, it used to be a good place to get any easy to make meal. Read more
