TL;DR Version: These bros run this place like their own club house and you will receive subpar, barely edible pizza and you... shouldn't look at their online menu because they don't keep inventory up to date. 3 different times I have felt like I wastedmy money. From burnt, unrisen pizza to never having products in stock, this place is run by a bunch of "bros" that don't givethe customer any sense of urgency or concern for their order. I called in my order, was told it would be 10-15 minutes.Perfect! Showed up 11 minutes later to be told it was still 8 minutes out. Okay. Oh! There's also no crazy sauce for the breadwe ordered. Okay, cancel the bread, we'll just take the pizza. I proceed to stand in the lobby for 10 minutes without any updateor even acknowledgement. As the next guests come and go, I hear him offer them all prepackaged sauces in exchange for the crazysaue they didn't have in stock. I was never offered an alternative sauce. I had never heard of Little Caesars until I moved here to Redding. Now I love it. But I do wish they would sell salads too. That... combo is just great. Their cheese garlic bread is yummy ????????. Read more

I went in there and the people they're good people, Haley Abby Jordan Alexia David and Andrew... I guess. But this time around a... young woman with blonde long blonde hair, waited on me and the attitude was rude and and snooty towards the customer. And I findthat to be on untolerable. It seem like she had a personal conflict with the woman at least the woman didn't yell and screamingtheir face. It was a very intense moment or other customers looked and feel like it. Wouldn't just because the woman's child washaving an escalation meltdown....It was more intense than that and the woman behind the counter was not helping matters at all. Read more

They always mess up orders or burn Pizza , especially when they are delivered , call to talk to manager and they refused to get... on the phone , so asked the the guy I was talking with if they could remake the Pizza's and bring the other one's back and Iwas told no asked again to talk with the manager and again they refused to get on the phone , that I had to call customerservice , so I have to wait 7 to 10 days for my refund, instead of them just remaking them . Not the best pizza in the world, but its pretty decent especially for the price point. You can get a fast hot and ready... pepperoni or cheese pizza for around $6-$7. and a customized pizza for $9-$12. Pretty cheap considering other places chargearound $20-$40 per pizza. The staff are usually always friendly and caring. Great place! (Also Crazy Bread is a yummy option) Read more
