My pizza was not properly cooked, I called in and was told without my receipt (which I was never given) they could not help me... but someone other came to the phone and said they would put my name in their book which also never happened! I went back to haveit replaced the next day and it was the same thing...they had to put it back in to cook and it was still not cooked once Ireceived it! I ordered the bread sticks as well without parmesan and unfortunately it still had the cheese just not as much. I value true honest reviews and so when I have a great experience with a company I always want to share. I was picking up a few... pizzas and other things for a 4th grade classroom. I was running way behind schedule and just thought I?d call and see if theywere busy , if not too much I was curious if anyone would be willing to run it out to me as I pulled up. (This order had alreadybeen paid for) It did sound a bit busy it was right at lunch time and I could hear the phone ringing on the other line. He saidsure with maybe the teensiest of uncertainty. When I got there I called. He picked up, then immediately was out the doorcarrying everything I needed right up to my car. I?m so so grateful!! I made sure I got his name because I don?t like to havegood deeds go unappreciated. So I will be returning for sure! He mentioned that he is the Manager and just knowing that meanseven more. Working a full-time job especially one that you don?t receive tips from the public at least that I?m aware of can bestressful just dealing with working in the public can be stressful in itself so that?s why I?m writing this really long reviewI?m sorry I?m just so grateful for the small things like this and want people to be recognized for that. So I just went in to the E Cypress store to get a pizza and there were 2 people in front of me . He took one order and ignored... two of us no greeting . After 8-10 minutes he was screaming at someone in the back about a Mac n cheese order . Still nogreeting or even acknowledgement . I finally ended up leaving and went to another place and was greeted within 10 seconds .Ordered and was out a satisfied customer at your competitor . Wth was there anything hard about that ??? Bought 2 pizzas, got to motel & found one was wrong. Called & spoke to a "manager". He was rude and hung up on me for asking if... they would remake the other pizza too so it didn't get cold. Drove back & got a refund. Worst customer service ever! Managementdoesn't care about customers or being polite. Read more
Been eating here for years, but those girls working today 8-26-22 at around 3pm had absolutely wonderful customer service and... gave me by far the best 2 pizzas ive ever gotten from any ceasars location. Thank you very much girls. Well done. Read more
The pizza here is not your average Little Caesars. They cook it just right, not too crunchy, and never too soft. Ive had my... fair share of Little Caesars throughout the years and this one is phonomenal. I would give them 10 stars if I could as they arethat good! Keep it up! Read more
Prices go up, quality goes down. Aside from the long wait times, about 35mins or more for their "fast" pizza; they don't bake... their pizza all the way, literally biting into dough, they don't cut their pizzas all the way, only enough to make it look likefrom the top, and they also don't evenly put out their pepperoni, seriously, what the heck is this? Pepperoni goes on the entirepizza, not just up at the cust. Please start cooking your pizza's all the way, actually cut them all the way, and learn how toput Pepperoni on. Read more
All I really have to say is the Fanceroni Pepperoni ???? is ???? and one of the best ???? I have ever had. The reason for the 4... stars is because the customer service is hit and miss and the wait times can be long on most busy nights. I would definitelyrecommend Little Caesars and the Fanceroni ????
