This almost was a 1 star. I called in and made reservations earlier that day. We arrived and I wasn?t on the list. Then they... asked me for my receipts. I showed them I called and they still weren?t sure what to do. They finally made it right but now it?san hour later to eat. The kids loved the show and we will definitely go to another steakhouse like this. We got the standardflames and volcano but the spinning knives was a little lacking. Food came out well enough but nothing to write home about butwhy not in a review. Lol. Now we ordered sushi. Now the only thing we can think why they would use so much eel sauce is that thesushi isn?t very fresh. It was an awful taste and wish we would have asked to not have it on our sushi. I looked back at themenu and all but one sushi has the eel sauce. Anyway their sushi tasted like eel sauce. Not a great mouth experience. Staff wasa delight after they realized they made the mistake on our reservation. Read more

Many people tells me to come here. At first I was like ehhhh then I finally decide to go for my birthday. Our chef entertaining... was so amazing! Very friendly and talented. The food had so much flavor! I was a great experience to be there. The pricedepends. You do need to make reservations if you want to sit where the chef cooks in front of you. Heads up for the first timersyou will sit next to others. Don't expect your own private chef unless If you have a big party lol. If you don't want the chefto cook in front of you they do have regular tables. I highly reccomend to come here! Read more

We have dinner here once a month. Occasionally we do the tabenaki but primarily we eat sushi at the bar. Service is fantastic... and the two sushi chefs are amazing! Freshest seafood in town and these chefs rock! Everything we have had is beyond compare andabsolutely the best when you're in northern California! Do yourself a favor and dine at Kobe tonight!
