Came in at 8:20pm. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Several employees braking down case instead of helping customers. When we... finally got up to order we got completely ignored and the one employee helping customers skipped me and my 3 kids and helped twoyoung girls who came in right when we got up to counter. Never once did any of the several employees ever make anyacknowledgement that we existed from time we entered Door to time we walked out it. Horrible service! Since day one, the number one ice cream shop ever. More flavors than most, better ice cream and better prices. I'd choose Baskin... Robbins over cold stone any day. Baskin Robbins, Ben and Jerry's, and Haagen-Daz are the best ice cream shops and ice cream. Read more
They had a new flavor last month that was like a peach and vanilla. It was amazing. I went back to weeks later, now a new month,... and even though they had that flavor in the back they refused to sell it to me. Only because it wasn?t a flavor that was out inthe main coolers. I am not a big ice cream person but I really loved this flavor and drove about 40 minutes to get a scoop andthey would not sell it to me. I will never go back! Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager of this location. Last month I ordered a Halloween cake that was supposed... to have candy inside it, I paid $5 extra for it. I picked up the cake and when we cut into it, there was no candy. I called thefollowing day and was told no problem, to come in any time to make it right. Well today I went to pick up another cake fromhere, which I had ordered thinking all was well. When I asked, the manager refused to refund me my $5. She made up every excuseshe could think of. This didn?t take very long since thinking is quite obviously not her forte. For example, she said we don?tdo those types of cakes. I showed her the picture of what I had ordered. Foiled, asked to see my pictures again to try and findsome other reason not to refund me. Finally she said too much time had passed and no refund would be given. It?s crazy that themanager thinks it?s fine to steal money from her customers. I would have honestly been fine with a coupon for a free cone, itwasn?t that big a deal. This manager also was not wearing her mask properly and had her nose exposed the entire duration ofthis conversation. Sooooo shameful. Never coming back here and I?m bringing this incident to the attention of corporate forsure. Read more
