I called midweek and made reservations for Saturday evening in the Saloon for seating during the live music. We arrived ten... minutes early to discover that no one had reserved a table. Had to wait for a table to be cleaned to be seated. The food wasvery good. The sides of asparagus and broccoli was perfection. The fried squash was delicious. The portion sizes were decent.The prickly pear pink drink was a great non-alcoholic alternative to soda or tea. Steaks were supposed to be medium and Porkchopwere UNDERCOOKED. Our server, though friendly, did not complete service tasks at our table, forgot parts of our order and madeerrors on the bill. **Service Is Everything** Music was good and set a nice atmosphere. I have to say the steak here is probably one of the best I've ever had, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The atmosphere was very... nice, quiet local spot. Loved that a steakhouse served asparagus. Mac and cheese was homemade and definitely cheesy. Read more

Let?s start with the best part, the fried squash was AMAZING! Next up was the max n cheese with a little queso on it. The ribeye... was thin but very flavorful. Beer was cold. The least favorite part of the meal was the oysters; especially at the listed price.Oysters from a jug should never be that expensive?they were chewy and had an odd texture. Just didn?t taste the same as freshshucked. I would reserve these for frying purposes or reduce the price on them. Served with a lemon or two would have also beennice. Read more

Had the BBQ plate at the saloon. The brisket was fantastic, tender like butter and juicy. Staff polite and friendly. They... even cooked a pecan pie for us because we mentioned that is what we were interested in. That pie was wonderful. Read more

Went for lunch the day after Christmas, caught them on a bad day, they were out of many items on the menu including special of... the day. I ended up having a burger which was delicious! Great outdoor patio area. Would have to revisit on a normal businessday to be fair. Read more

I had a decent ribeye. They cooked our steak excellent. The salad was good. House ginger dressing. Child's mac n cheese was... really good. Lunch ribeye was $20, child's plate $7. 2 adults, one child was $51 with drinks. Read more
