Reviews for Tortillería El Rancherito in Red Oak, TX
I hate to give a low rating when the food taste SO good. However, the price:size is NOT comparable. I can?t see paying the... prices for such small amounts. There should be no additional charge for an add-on when portion are this small. Don?t think I?llbe back on principle alone Read more
This place has the most amazing tamales. Very authentic and flavorful. They also sell other foods, make fresh corn and flour... tortillas, chips, salsas, crema and other things people might need when eating Mexican food. Read more

Still love this place but I have noticed that the tamales are getting a lot smaller and the price is staying the same. The... tamales we received are the perfect size for children but not really for adults. I will still eat here but may just stay awayfrom the tamales for a bit. Read more
This is a great place to get authentic authentic Mexican food! I had a chorizo quesadilla which was delicious and filling. I... also had two pastor tacos which were also really good! The green sauce, lime, cilantro and onions made it all the better! Read more
We had 2 orders 1 barbacoa, and 1 fajita plate with corn and flour tortillas. I have to say, the plates are a little more... pricier than Dallas area but I can understand why. The food was really good and tasted fresh. The rice was really good. I hadthe guac salsa and that was good too. The beans were good but a little dry. Here are some photos for you to enjoy. I encourageyou to go check them out. Read more
I order online just so there?s no miscommunication on my part. However, when I go in I tell them I have an order for pick up and... give them my name. I trust what they do because that?s on them. So they gave me a bag and I ask for my receipt, like I said Ididn?t look in my bag because I trust them. But the girl Ana in the front was like no that?s not your receipt and another girlcomes, I think her name was Erica. I said I ordered tortillas and the Erica girl goes those aren?t tortillas and looks at meugly. And then Ana tells her that?s not what she told me to Erica. I didn?t even say anything, and it isn?t my fault they can?tcommunicate properly. So then they both have an attitude and finally give me the right order. Ana was already mad because therewas a line almost out the door and the girl before Erica left her, so she was catching attitude with the customers. If you can?twork in customer service then don?t it?s simple as that. So sad that they closed down dallas tortilla factory because this foodestablishment is not the best with communication and customer service at all. Read more
