I drove past the pizza hut closest to me in desoto (don't like that one AT ALL), just to come here and I was not disappointed.... My order was correct, done in 15 mins, fresh tasting, and hot! I sent my 10 yr old in to pay due to me not feeling well and thelady at the counter was so sweet to my daughter helping her fill out the credit card receipt. I've been a customer here for years but my recent experiences have forced me to order elsewhere. Ive had issues with the wait... time not being quoted accurately for pick up or delivery and pizza not made as ordered. I understand these are commoncomplaints for a pizza restaurant so I don't always make an effort to complain. However I do expect management (Kari) to handlemy issues professionally. Kari is very rude and not very helpful in solving any of the common issues mentioned above. She doesnot seem willing to help at all. This is very disappointing to write as I also do not like to even write reviews, but I feel as though everyone in red oak or... anyone that's frequents this particular pizza hut needs to know. First let me start off by saying I am not here to bash anyoneor the employees at this pizza hut. Yes the young lady who answered the phone was rude, but I can certainly look past that. Shewas young and maybe even a little frustrated. I have no issues with her. The main problem is with this pizza hut MANAGER. Hername is Kari. Cari. Not entirely sure how it is spelled, but don't actually care. She is not professional at all. Has no peopleor communication skills Spoke to me over a speaker phone. Then hung the phone up when I asked for corporate number. So I went upthere to tell her I recorded our phone conversation and I just want to know who the owner is of this establishment. Like on thephone she refused to provide me with any information and then told me to get out of her establishment. I told her I wanted thefranchise owner information and she told the girl at the front to hit the panic button. THE PANIC BUTTON???? We live in a worldtoday where everyone is living on the edge and you tell your employees to hit the panic button to have the cops come because Ijust wanted some information that you refused to give me Kari the manager (sarcasm) indeed. So I actually waited for the policeto show up so I could tell them how ridiculous that is that she hit a panic button on someone who has ordered from this pizzahut for years. It's a very convenient location. I waited. Cops never showed. The police station is literally around the cornerfrom pizza hut. They messed up an order a week and a half ago, and the lady that answered gave us a credit for the mistake since I couldn't... leave to get the remade pizza because my lunch was over.
