Ordered 2 platters of fish and shrimp through the drive thru, came home 15 mile away. 1 of the platters was complete and the... other one was missing the hush puppies and and some shrimp. Someone is not doing their job and i will not be going back. Read more
I understand being short handed and understaffed but when you leave in the middle of taking my order to take the drive trough... order??the fist time I?m like okay no biggie. Second time okay getting a little upset but the third time I?m really feelingdisrespected. Then another lady walks up and ask if this is my order. First off I can?t see your screen second there is no oneelse in the entire store of course it?s mine. So regrettably I was rude and it wasn?t her fault and for that I feel bad but thisplace needs better management. No ice for drinks, no sauces available. Should go to the nearest gas station and buy ice, so they can serve their customers. ... And why not plan better when they order their sauces for the week?
