Reviews for Tim Hortons in Red Deer, AB
October 19th, stopped in arouns 330-345ish. Nice gentleman took my order, he was very pleasant, seemed to be working alone. All... of a sudden one lady, older, comes out on the floor and starts belitting him about a "second unnecessary pot of steeped tea". Itwas so awkward, rude, and she kept going on and on. Theres a way to train your employees, and thats how you train them to quit. Read more

Most disrespectful service ever at Tims. I stood there waiting to place my order and the person was not even interested in... taking the order. I had to ask her to take my order to which she did not even bother to make eye contact or even say a Hello! After I gave my order I said thank you because I don?t treat people the way they treat me and in response she said you?rewelcome without an eye contact. I understand not everyone is in their best moods every time but respect is something thateveryone deserves. Read more
I play soccer in Red Deer. I live an hour away. Most of our games don't finish until 9:30 pm. I get so frustrated that I can't... get anything to eat most times cause they are closing an hour before they're posted closing time of 11 pm. What I don'tunderstand is... this Tim Hortons is on Gasoline Alley. You would think they would try to be a 24 hour spot cause EVERYONE stopsfor food and gas here! I know every restaurant is having trouble getting workers, but it's ridiculous that other Tims in townare 24 hour when this one isn't! Read more

Teller got our order wrong. Had to go up to Window to order, thought we straightened it out and she understood us, but nope... order was all wrong. As we heard the next customer coming through she said she couldn't hear them either, so I can imagine theirorder will be wrong as well. I don't mind 1 item or order being off but to do the whole thing off is just off. I travel back andforth n usually walk in there but this was first time doing drive through and it was pointless. Hopefully they'll read this andrethink their communication skills. Read more
