I do my best to only frequent TH on road trips, so I look forward to an everything bagel toasted and buttered! It's hard for me... to give a good review when only 1 of their many different bagels are available & it's not an everything bagel. Not a well run restaurant The person taking orders didn?t speak clearly and couldn?t understand clear english. Ordered 3... things and only got 2. UGH Told staff there was not a single clean table. Level 3 reviewer here. Stopped by this tim?s with my girl and two friends on the way back from a boppin wedding in Sylvan. I was... looking for a chill place to rejuvenate my crew before heading back to edmonton. Place was very smelly (sewage, honestly takethis one with a grain of salt as it may have actually been the guy standing next to me waiting for his food) My iced coffee wasbasically just a cup of milk with some coffee splashed in afterwards. My girls sandwich came incorrectly made. Only positivethat saves this from a 1 star review was how fast they moved! Holy moly they?re quick! The service at this location is ridiculous! Given they are open 24 hrs they are always out of everything. I have gone in a... watched staff stand around talking instead of taking orders while your waiting 15 mins. Tim Hortons use to be great placeexcellent quality food and donuts and they have gone down hill. The service is terrible. Read more
This Tim Hortons was a pleasure, accept for the one employee that was washing the dining room floors. She did not ever say... excuse me, she would just walk right in front of a customer with the mop not acknowledging that there was a customer. This is arude action and was very off putting. I excused myself and still she did not even acknowledge I was there. Overall, myexperience at this Tim Hortons was a quiet and peaceful day. Although I would have felt welcome if I would have received maybe ,"a Smile" that acknowledged my presence. Read more
