They make us wait for about 30 minutes and nobody taking our order, kids are hungry, im upset and talk to the manager and she... apologize. Im impressed on how they handle there mistake and gave us free dessert. i think its miscommunication on there part.Overall is a good experience i hope better experience when we comeback. Read more

3 of us went for dinner at 5:15. Server was good. Food came fast but in typical Keg fashion it was all pre-cooked then... re-heated. I sent the soup back because it was cold. The prime rib was barely warm and the potato was hot on the outside for aminute or 2 and still ice cold in the middle. This seems to be getting to be the norm for Keg. We're out of Gift Certificatesand certainly wouldn't spend hard earned money for a very substandard 50 dollar meal. Read more
We had a large dinner party and we had a section at the back of the restaurant. We had 2 servers for the evening. Both ladies... were amazing. They were very friendly and attentive to us. Used to be excellent but something changed, we had the $51 anniversary steak which was more fat than meat was not good at all.... The service was still excellent but the price you pay for the food was not worth it. We will not go back Read more
Went for dinner on Valentines Day. Had a great experience, never happened before at any Keg, thought I was... Keg-cursed. Pros: Nailed the cook on both our steaks. I wanted medium gf wanted medium-rare. Dessert was delicious, had thecheesecake and Billy miner pie (size of a house by the way, very shareable). Service was prompt and excellent. Cons: Timerestraint on Valentine’s Day, given 1.25 hours so had to forgo the appies but we didn’t see anything we really wanted sowent main and dessert which was a ton of food anyway. I think we went over the limit but they didn’t do anything about it, soI didn’t lose them a star for it. Overall, went there due to a gift card I was given and would go again. They were superbusy so nailing the service and food was impressive. Read more
