I don't know what happened but the customer service has really taken a downward fall. I stood at the counter for a couple of... minutes and the employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge me, didn't look over her shoulder really at all. After waitingfor a few minutes I just turned around and went elsewhere to eat. I dont know if it's the manager or what but the service usedto be amazing. Read more
Service was incredibly slow, waited 15 minutes after ordering only 2 things. Saw employee dumping out a drink, using SAME cup to... scoop more ice and fill it with a different soda entirely. Employee wiped their hands on pants and then was handling food (nogloves either). My poutine had gelatinous chunks of gravy in it. Usually very good service & good food (very good!!). BUT: I sent my eight year old daughter to order her own food for the first... time. She had twenty dollars in cash. She ordered a chicken taco and a small dr. pepper. She gave me the change and I justrealized that they only gave her $3.50 back....I don't think her meal cost 16.50. We can't go back because we don't have thereceipt. Likely a mistake but too bad it happened on my daughter's first time ordering food on her own. Good lesson for her (andus) I guess. Read more
Horrible experience. Ordered off skip the dishes and they sent wrong order to my home where they called me and asked me to send... the courier to another address. As well my order never arrived for over an hour and a half and then I received a phone call fromskip the dishes offering to re embers my money so I could place the order again. Absolutely terrible service and will not orderfrom taco time again or use skip the dishes. Deleting the app. Also never received my refund. Read more
