They definitely need more staff at this location and perhaps better training. There were 10 plus people in line today and the... two staff working seemed to only care about the Skip orders. I totally understand that restaurants get a lot of Skip orders andthey need to be done in a timely manner but you can't just ignore a growing line in your restaurant. It would make more sense tohave one person working on those orders and one helping the customers in store. Read more

This location could use some better staff training.. I went in to order a rice bowl for my girlfriend. the employee put no... effort into making it look proper.. my girlfriend was upset the vegitables were soggy, underneath the hot rice.. when we cameback in to get it remade by the other employee.. he got offended and sulked in the corner, instead of watching his coworkerremake it so he could learn from his mistake. This location could use some better stand who want to provide top notch customerservice, instead of employees who clock in to make a quick buck. Read more

This is by no means a review regarding the service. But this location always consistently bring under staffed. It takes so long,... I feel bad for the one gal working whenever I go in around 5 pm. Like seriously Subway. Do better. Staff your locationsproperly. Read more

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Stood at the cash register for 15 minutes under the "Express Pickup" sign to pick up... my order made with the app. Only to be told my now soggy nasty subs were sitting on the other side of the store on a rack with asign turned sideways (so therefore unreadable from the front of the store) where my order was sitting. Threw most of the orderin the garbage because it was flat mush from sitting for so long while I was waiting at the counter. Read more

The service in this location is atrocious, and I?m not talking about the staff. If I could have given this reviews zero stars I... would have. The management has this location constantly under staffed, and prioritizing online orders over customers standing inline. It?s took me over 30 minutes with my toddler to order our food. Next time I?ll order online with zero tip, apparentlythat?s preferred and most efficient way of ordering food here. Read more
