This subway has very kind employees. I ordered online because I can't leave my house right now. The order was a little messed up... but when I called about it they were extremely apologetic and offered to fix it anyway I preferred, I could get someone to pickit up, have a partial refund or they offered to deliver the missing/mistaken food. They didn't try to deny or argue, and thestaff are also very sweet and friendly, will keep buying from them for sure! :) (Also generally speaking I find they are notlike some bad locations that try to short you on veggie toppings! Thank goodness, it always feels awkward to keep asking formore repeatedly because they use so little, I'm so glad they are not like this.) Read more

Edit dec 6 2022 Pop machine completely flat, asked if staff could swap the carbonation so that I could get a large fountain and... the girl in the back told me it's fine. I showed her how flat it was and they told me to get a bottled pop which is moreexpensive because she did now want to do it. Lol always out of soup. Flat pop. Bad manners. Which is too bad be a use the frontcounter girl was doing her best but the other one was just plain rude. . if you go here never ever ever expect to get broccolicheddar soup.
