I'm sure the floral part of the store is great but the cafe side is terrible. They don't post their food anywhere and when you... go they don't actually have the food made, or if it's made, but they don't have to go items. The food is great usually, butdriving there, paying for parking, then missing my entire lunch break because they didn't have anything prepared is verydisappointing. Read more
What a joke! After placing an order online at Canada Flowers.ca, Stems was the flower shop that received my order. Although the... customer service was fantastic (I was called to verify address, etc, the staff member I spoke with was very nice) the flowers Iordered were not. I paid 75.00 dollars (plus 22.00 delivery) to receive a tiny glass vase with little to no flowers. The pictureon the Canada Flowers site showcased a basket with at least 6 roses, several different types of flowers and full of greenery.Mine was a joke for the price I paid (total of 2 roses) I will not be using this service again. I love this flower shop and cafe. The cafe is closed now (April 2021) due to Covid. When it's open their baking is so fresh and... tasty.???? Their flowers and staff are enthusiastic and friendly. They make such lovely flower arrangements. They have a widevariety of gifts. Such a lovely experience and directly across the street from the Red Deer Hospital. Ordered a flower arrangement, they were accommodating to have it made for me In good timing. For an 80.00 arrangement I?m very... disappointed to say the least. Time of pick up the flowers were already beginning to look wilted. The hydrangea looked dead andthe told me it would liven up. No it did not. The same day the flowers were dropping to the floor. I work casually in a flowershop and do design so I know how this all goes. I should not have left with the flowers. Thank you , Amanda? Sorry I missedyour name. Owner of Stems.
