Well.... After a 20 minute wait for a $5 xs hot chocolate, 6 staff standing around talking about their break...I was in... disbelief. 430 on a Sunday night.. I was then assaulted and verbally attacked by a customer who was possibly current or formerstaff with really bad hair...who yelled at me, told me I had only waited 5 minutes and told me to "get a life" which is usuallyon my mind.... But to be told this by a scruffy homeless looking 18 year old with really bad hair is rather funny... Nicepatrons there... Read more
Lovely staff and tasty drinks! A kind man helped me the other day and lifted my spirits. Keep on keeping on
Got my order wrong even though I repeated in detail twice. Also was out of my second drink and didn?t alert me so they had to... make a substitute drink. Not impressed. Spent 25 minutes waiting for two drinks and people who ordered after me got theirsfirst. Poor service. Read more
Not impressed. Ordered a coffee with cream, iced coffee and a snack. Coffee came first (black), no condiments available, but... after waiting my turn again, got the server to dump enough coffee out to make room for cream. Half way through my coffee, thesnack was ready. Minutes later, we were told ice coffee was not available. We changed that order, finished the hot coffee andsnack, then finally got the replacement for the ice coffee. Slow, disorganized, and not aware of customer needs. The ''Burnt Bean Café'' still can't speak a discernable language. At one point it was cute til it s been pointed out their cup... sizes are named in Italian and are inconsistent between beverages. Starbuck's used to be the BMW driving Yuppy place to be seen.But now its coffee is still burnt, its language is still silly and instead of being current and cool it's become an over-pricedA&W without the good burgers and root beer. I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS !! They make a amazing dragonfruit lemonade drink, (for the people who perfer sweeter things, i reccomend... adding 4 pumps of raspberry sause or whtver to it!! 10/10 reccomend)!! Plus i get to get my wlw books while getting starbuckstoo :D Read more
