I'm always a skeptic when ordering pizza, both my partner and myself worked at prime pizza restaurants in Calgary so we are very... picky. We tried Papa Baldys earlier this week and we're not quite satisfied. With hesitation, we decided to try Red Swan, and wewere not disappointed. They had the veggies places proper on the pizza so it would all cook nicely, who doesn't love thatcaramelized onion flavor? Their pizza sauce is very flavorful, tastes like they put a dash of curry in it which really does makeit even better. The pizza was ???? and the staff was very sweet. This is my go to pizza whenever I?m craving pizza. The sesame seeds on the crust adds another level of flavour. Lots of... toppings and very filling despite how thin the crust is. The pickup special is the best value compared to other places. The newmanagement is passionate about their customers. Read more

Ordered online using a 2 for 1 code and ended up getting charged full price. Went in and asked for a refund so they could run... through the proper price and was told no. Instead they offered a gift card (that I won't use because I won't be coming back.) Inthe meantime while waiting for my pizza, that said it would be a 20min wait, the staff asked if it was okay that they put thewrong toppings on my pizza I told them no. They ended up having to toss my pizza and make a new one. There were multiple othercustomers that were having to put up with wait times of over 40 minutes including myself. I was very surprised, I've usually gotten excellent service and great food. Tonight the debit machine did not work, The driver... left with an extra 4$ tip and one of my orders had pineapple when I asked for none and feta cheese that was not given. I hopethis is not a new thing with red swan, As an update to this review the manager called the next day and made every thing rightI'm so glad I will still enjoy great food and service. Read more
