Staff was nice, bed was really comfy and the pillows, room was warm, food was amazing, fridge was cold and worked great, parking... was good as well. However, there was a used bandaid on the pull out recliner chair that was very gross, they did deal with itright away however. Not much to say about this hotel, it's basic, and centrally located. The fitness area is very small and has out of service... equipment. My biggest complaint was that I was here for a conference and was to be sharing a room, however, I preferred my ownspace and wanted to book a room out of pocket. I was told they would give me the same group discount that our event was offeredof 139.00 per night plus tax. Upon checkout, I learned that booking the room online was 119.00 per night and the front deskstaff's response was, " yeah you should have booked it online. " Not overly impressed with that response, next time I willencourage our group to shop around online before being ripped off by the hotel over the phone. Read more

It?s with deep regret we send this review, we were there on the weekend, attending our annual seminar, this was our first time... back since Covid in three years and was deeply disappointed with the room cleanliness. There were fingerprints all over thewindows and looked like they hadn?t been cleaned in some time. Cup stain marks on the desk.The room was not clean we knew thesheets were clean but that?s about it I understand at this time it may be hard to find staff or staffing issues. I?m hopingthat?s what it is I?ve always enjoyed coming to the Capri then it was the Sheraton and now it?s the Cambridge. I noticed outsidethe conference rooms that you have serious water damage to the ceiling towards the back doors on the west end of the conferencerooms by the telephones there is drywall looking like it was ready to fall from the ceiling. This is an older hotel and isn't pretty on the outside, but it is very nice. I got my room for a good rate from Priceline. I... needed a place to stay near the hospital for a couple of days and the location was great for that. The room was clean and neat.There was a microwave and a fridge in the room. There was a nice TV and the internet was pretty fast. It worked good forstreaming. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Irish. She made me feel very welcome. I would stay there again. Iordered room service and it was quite good. Very tasty. I noticed them changing out mattresses and they are startingrenovations. This hotel could be a gem in the future. The property is average. The only good part was ONE front desk staff NICHOLAS who knows that he is in Hospitality Industry and... is doing full justice to his work. Other staff wont even greet you and may not even bother to attend you which was a turn off.The receptionist who did our checkout was so busy talking to her colleague that she neglected us and I had to interrupt her tocomplete our checkout. And she was clearly upset about that. Other than this the property is CLEAN and has that old vibe.However, their breakfast menu needs an upgrade, taste and quality. Also, the AC in our room was noisy, didnt let us sleep. Ifthe checkout staff knew their job, she would ask for our feedback there and then. And I wouldn't write negative about it here. Read more
