I actually worked at this place in 2011 to 2012 I have to say that their customer service and their manager has gone down... significantly since then they claim they delivered our food when in fact we were standing in the parking lot and they did notthey said that they would make them they did not and that resulted in me getting food poisoning and me missing work thanks a lotpizza hut for sucking so much that you caused people to get sick Not only that I called to inform them of their bad response tomy order and they hung up on me twice told me they didn't know what I was talking about and was quite snarky to me Theircustomer service rep really needs to do the manual again Read more
I love their Pineapple. Green peppers. Jalapeños and sauce. Parmesan bread looks good too!
When the 5$ deal is on the price is better than frozen pizza and tastes much better. Daily deals are also great. Cinnamon buns... are so good. Read more
The pizzas are not good. Frozen pizzas are better. The delivery man did not wear a mask so I am sick.
If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 3 pizzas online for pick up, only to get them home a find out they were seriously... lacking in the sauce department. The large pizza was about 3 inches of crust in some spots. Call in and get new pizzas made.Drive across town to swap them out, get them home and realize I now have to re cook my large pizza because it was literallystill uncooked dough under the toppings! Often feel cheated with the toppings. The sparse toppings and often burnt pizzas leave me going to other Pizza hut locations.
I ordered a delivery order at 10:18 p.m. It was two orders of 14 piece boneless bites, one honey garlic, and one medium hot, and... I also got 4 dips, two cheddar jalepeno and two peppercorn ranch. Not only did our wings come dry as hell, they didn't put ourfour dips in the order! I don't know if this was the driver's fault or the restaurant's fault, but either way, I couldn'tcorrect them because they closed 5 minutes before I got my order. Not happy! Read more
Placed order, the store called me and said they could not fulfil the order, so I ordered from a different place... they showed... up anyway!?!! Now I?m paying for double wanted or send the delivery guy back! Terrible management. Read more
