Very nice to get $5 credit for my birthday from Menchie?s. Great variety in types of yogurt and toppings. One flavour that I... tried was liquidy. About $5-6 for half a cup of frozen yogurt. The cake batter flavour tasted very much like cake batter. I wasgreeted when I entered and was asked if I knew how it worked. Sample cups available to try flavours before you buy. Great frozen yogurt. Got to sample lots of flavour and the man working was very nice.

The two girls working tonight on July 1st were rude and disrespectful. I have always been a believer in tipping minimum 20% but... it seems odd to tip at menchies when you basically serve yourself. Upon hitting the non tip option these girls started laughingand whispering to one another. Some people can't afford to go out and tip on ice cream. These girls need to respect that and bemore professional. If they want gratuity they can go serve in a restaurant and work for it. Not looking for any compensationjust wanted to let management know as this made a happy family experience not an enjoyable one. Read more

Ordered a cake a week in advance. Was very clear I'm diabetic so no icing or anything like that. Instead of my low sugar cake I... ended up with some oreo thing that spent 40$ on and I count eat so it went in the trash. Menchie?s in Southpointe common is always clean and well stocked. Only complaint is when I showed up 20 min before they were... closed they were out of fresh fruit. ( But I don?t hold against them as they were almost closed) I really wanted blueberry andstrawberry in my frozen yogurt. Also the rewards system was down. Read more
